Has anyone seen or remember a documentary about a New Romanticism fashion designer from England. He was a contemporary of Boy George and also designed costumes for a modern ballet comapny. Sometimes was filmed with his costumes completely covering his head or he would appear at clubs bald with make up that looked like it was dripping down his face.
